My story

“We can only meet others as deeply as we have met ourselves.”

This truth has been at the heart of my journey.
For a long time, I lived a life I barely recognised. I gave myself fully to relationships, to roles, to a version of myself that wasn’t truly mine. Somewhere along the way, I lost touch with my own voice, my body and my knowing.

Then breathwork found me.
In the middle of my first session, something deep moved. My body began to speak - emotions, memories, patterns I didn’t even know I was carrying. And as I came back to my body, I came back to life.

I began to notice this aliveness everywhere. Something changes when we give ourselves permission to soften, to feel and listen.

Today, I hold loving space for others to experience this for themselves. With gentleness, reverence and deep trust in the wisdom already within. The breath is something we all have access to. But most of us were never taught how to truly listen through it.

My Path

My formal journey began in 2018 in Bali with Sacred Breath Academy. A deeply embodied initiation into feminine connection, breath, and soft presence. It was a way of working with the breath that invited gentle softening rather than force.

For years, I held what I had learned, facilitating group journeys and one-to-one sessions while remaining a student of every space I held. But as my relationship with the breath deepened, so did my desire to understand its subtler landscape. In 2023, an inner call led me to Alchemy of Breath to expand my grounding and trauma-informed foundation.

Over the years, the breath has ceased to be just a practice I facilitate - it has become a living teacher, constantly shaping how I show up in my own life, in my relationships, and in the quiet spaces I hold for others. I don't believe we ever arrive at a finished version of ourselves. We simply keep unfolding.

Today, my approach brings together conscious connected breathwork, body awareness, and compassionate space holding. Creating a space where we can slow down, listen inward, and meet ourselves with honest tenderness, because the more deeply we meet ourselves, the more deeply we meet life.

If you feel called to explore what's waiting for you on the other side of the breath, let's start with a gentle conversation.
